Our newest tube mill is a state-of-the-art mill capable of speeds up to 600 feet per minute with a double-cut cut-off that eliminates the need for dedimpling and is capable of holding length tolerances of plus or minus one millimeter (0.039"). With its high-speed capability and its quick changeover feature, this mill enables Troxel to achieve the lowest conversion cost in the industry.
For customers who buy straight length tubing and fabricate themselves, Troxel's extensive experience as a tube fabricator results in a better understanding of the issues and problems that fabricators face every day. Our professionals know what customers want in a welded steel tube and how important the quality of the tubing is to the cost of fabricating tubular components.
